Letters to the Press from Christian Science Committees on Publication

Midday Times

R. Ashley Vines, Committee on Publication for Victoria, Australia Midday Times, Melbourne

It was gratifying to note—in a recent issue—the appreciation of Christian Science expressed by one of your correspondents in a letter signed "Student." He has acknowledged with approval the therapeutic effects of Christian Science, the value of its teachings upon the human mind, and the large numbers of its students in countries where freedom of religion is recognized as one of the fundamental liberties.

"Student" also wrote in glowing terms of the earnest endeavors of Christian Scientists to realize the healing power of our Father-Mother God to sweep sickness and the belief in its causes from the face of the earth.
