Man's
unity with God is a basic spiritual fact in the Science of being.
The
experiences related in the sixth chapter of II Kings, verses eight to twenty-three, graphically portray the ever-presence and redemptive power of God in the midst of the illusory human struggle with ignorance, fear, and hatred.
So prayed Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.
A Mother,
troubled because she had not heard in many weeks from a son stationed in the battle zone, prayed daily to see that in reality he, as God's son, was safe.
The
members of a Sunday-school class in a Christian Science church brought many questions and problems to its sessions.
In
recounting some exploit, how frequently does the teller of the tale dwell on the fact that the hero of the story exhibited great presence of mind, and thus saved himself or others from some misfortune.

With deep appreciation I give this testimony, my first written one, although many times I have raised my voice to glorify the God I have come to know through the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.
I feel it is time that I express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me and for my family.
Christian Science found me "down under," not only geographically, but also according to the standards of mortals.
Words cannot express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me.
Because I have been many times helped and inspired by reading the testimonies in the Christian Science periodicals, I greatly desire to share the blessings that have come to me and mine through this God-revealed truth.
