I wish to express my gratitude for the blessings I have received through the application of the truth about man's relationship to God, as taught in Christian Science. Many years' study and practice of the Science discovered and set forth by Mrs. Eddy have brought improvement in my material living conditions and progress in spiritual development.

At a time of great need, a kind neighbor placed Science and Health in my hands. The first demonstration in our family was our little daughter's healing of paralysis of the bowels. I wept with gratitude, realizing that God is indeed with us.

Through the years that followed, in bringing up a large family, we experienced many healings through the application of Truth alone—the healing of appendicitis, broken bones, and many difficulties less terrifying in aspect. Headaches and intestinal influenza were healed when erroneous thinking had been corrected. One member of our family was healed instantaneously of smoking habit. I am especially grateful for the Christian Science Sunday School, and for the benefits our children have had from its teachings. They often the truths about God and man which they had been taught.
