Officers of branch churches and individuals who have occasion to correspond with The Christian Science Board of Directors, with the Clerk and the Treasurer of The Mother Church, and with heads of departments of The Mother Church Offices are requested always to place their addresses no their letters and to write their signatures plainly. Women are requested to use the title "Miss" or "Mrs." as the fact may be, and to use their Christian names. The time spent in the offices in searching out this information can be better spent in replying to the letters or in keeping necessary records. The co-operation of correspondents is solicited.

The printed Tenets of The Mother Church are in general use by branch churches and societies, either as a basis for their application forms for admission to membership or for binding into their by-law booklets.
