With deep gratitude to God I submit this testimony. About twenty-eight years ago, I was asked by my husband to accompany him to a Christian Science church. I had always been a regular attendant at an orthodox church, but I accepted the invitation and began attending the services regularly, including the Wednesday evening testimony meetings. Our son, a small boy of six years, enrolled in the Sunday school and enjoyed the privilege of attending till he was twenty.

Through reading the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I was healed of pain in the back, from which I had suffered for a long time. I have had healings of colds, a stiff arm, a knee thrown out of joint, constipation, the smoking habit, dysentery, and insomnia; lost articles have been found, a lawsuit has been settled, need of supply met, and impatience destroyed.

I am very grateful to God for the protection experienced through Christian Science. Divine Love protected my husband from injury in several automobile mishaps, and although he once stepped backwards down a hole he was unharmed. Daily study of the Lesson-Sermons enables us to overcome every difficulty, and our hymns and periodicals are all helpful.
