Church Notes
Salisbury, North Carolina (First Church).—First Church of Christ, Scientist, was dedicated here on Sunday morning, June 7, 1942.
Completion of the church building and payment of all debts in connection with the building program mark a long period of effort on the part of the church group.
In the year 1920 The Christian Science Board of Directors, being satisfied that the provisions in the Church Manual were fully complied with, gave official recognition to Christian Science Society, Salisbury. By-laws were adopted, and the first lecture was given in the spring of 1921.
