Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Argentine Republic

Argentine Republic.

No criticisms have appeared in the English newspapers during the year. A corrective letter was sent to an Argentine newspaper, and the editor acknowledged receipt of it with thanks, but explained that he does not publish corrective letters. Another letter was sent to the editor of one of the German papers. The letter was not published, but when reference was made to Christian Science some months later, the remarks were in no wise unfavorable.

Lesson-Sermon excerpts from the Christian Science Quarterly have been supplied every week to our two English newspapers, and the subject and Golden Text have been published weekly throughout the year, sometimes twice a week.
