A correspondent in a recent issue declares that Christian Science is neither scientific nor Christian. Christian Science is what its name implies, Christian knowledge, and being scientific, it is provable on the basis of the allness of divine Principle, God.
Thousands of grateful men and women attest the efficacy of Christian Science healing, in the weekly testimony meetings, and in the authorized periodicals which carry authentic records of healing.
If the use of the word "Science" in its application to Christianity is resisted by your correspondent, his objection does not alter the fact that a knowledge of God, as revealed in Christian Science, heals the sick and reforms the sinner; nor can the testimony of vast numbers of people who spontaneously testify to the healing power of its teachings be disputed.
