Through Christian Science I was saved at the age of four from what several physicians agreed was inevitable death. Later I was sustained through a rather strenuous schooling, and I have since been freed from innumerable inharmonious conditions, sometimes instantly. Christian Science has brought me an increasing understanding of true being, and of our Father's will, and many other blessings.
Twelve years ago I had class instruction from one of our Leader's early students, whose exemplification of unwavering faith in God's power, presence, and love has helped and encouraged me on many occasions. For many years I have had joyous privilege of membership in The Mother Church; also I had the joy of attending Sunday school. Now I have the opportunity of teaching a class of Sunday school pupils and of serving in several other capacities the branch of The Mother Church of which I am a member. All these privileges have given me continuous opportunity for growth in Christian Science, and I am most appreciative. I also rejoice in the many proofs of God's love and protection I have witnessed in the homes of neighbors and relatives. With St. John we can say: "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: and if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him."—(Miss) Ann Margaret Hadley, Somerton, Arizona.
