We were led to Christian Science a number of years ago, and we wish herewith to express our deep gratitude for all the blessings and healings which have come to us through its study.

The first healing took place one month after we had come into Christian Science. Our little daughter was then five years old and had started attending the Sunday school. She is still very happy there and practices what she learns.

When we were wakened one Sunday morning by the child's crying she had influenza and a very high fever my husband tried to get a practitioner, but when he failed we turned to the child's Sunday school teacher, who kindly helped us. The little girl lay quiet the whole day, but woke in the night with inflammation of the ear. We then made use of our understanding and said to the child, "Think on what you have learned in Sunday school." She answered, "Yes, God is Love." The next night she awoke again, crying from the pain in her ear. I said to her that she had in reality never been ill. Then she asked lovingly, "Will Daddy and Mother work for me?" We stood there together, knowing the truth that God is Love, and therefore there is no sickness. The child was completely well the next morning, and has never been ill since, for which blessing we are very grateful.
