Love

O Love divine, all human love transcending,
Unveil our eyes, that we may clearly see
How omnipresent Love—like streams unending—
Forever flows to bless humanity.

O Father-Love, creative, strong, protecting,
Our life, our strength, our joy are all in Thee,
For in Thy love, all lovely gifts reflecting,
Man dwells forever perfect, whole, and free.

O Mother-Love, all light and guidance giving,
Enfolding all 'neath tender wings outspread,
Within Thy love Thy children now are living,
Beloved, and loving, and divinely led.

So do we claim Love's heritage eternal,
Where fear is banished, mortal tumults cease;
And universal brotherhood, supernal,
Is realized within Love's law of peace.
