I am very grateful for the literature which is placed in the racks in different parts of this city, because it was through reading a Sentinel taken from one of them that I became interested in Christian Science. My thought was, "If those people can be healed, why cannot I?" I went to a practitioner and she told me something of Christian Science, and then told me to read the Gospels. In one week I was completely healed of a so-called incurable stomach trouble.

Since then I have had many blessings. Before coming into Christian Science I was subject to influenza every winter. When this ailment again manifested itself, I called a practitioner and was completely free in a few hours, and I have never had a return of it. Some of the other healings we have had in the family have been of colds, burns, effects of accidents, and an instantaneous healing of croup. Also, very harmonious childbirth has been experienced, and we have had wonderful proofs of supply and employment. My whole character and outlook have been changed and home relations have become more harmonious. I am grateful for the increased spiritual vision which each of these demonstrations has brought.

I want to express gratitude also for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church, and for all of their activities; to Mrs. Eddy for standing firmly for the truth; to Christ Jesus; and to all the practitioners who are ever ready to help. My sincere desire is to be more worthy of the name "Christian Scientist."—(Mrs.) Mildred Stuart, Chicago, Illinois.
