I have proved the healing power of Christian Science, and I give testimony to encourage others who are seeking healing to try this Science for themselves, that they, too, may prove the healing power of Truth and Love.

Early one morning, when I was quite young in my study of Christian Science, something suddenly seemed to go wrong with me internally. I did not know just then what it was, but for a moment or two I was in agony. Immediately the thought came to me that this was an opportunity to put Christian Science into practice, so I quickly and firmly declared that God is present and the only power. Immediately I felt something untwist and go back into its place. This showed me what had been wrong. It was an instantaneous healing, and I was able to go quietly on with my work without anyone knowing what had taken place. I was grateful beyond words for that blessing, which occurred about sixteen years ago.

Another healing I should like to mention was of an obstruction in the throat. When I went to a Wednesday testimony meeting, a man testified to having been healed of a condition in the throat, and while he was giving the testimony the obstruction in my throat suddenly disappeared.
