As a result of the healing of a loved one about twenty years ago, our family began the study of Christian Science. The enlightenment which resulted from this study brought more harmony and joy into home, as well as an improved sense of health.

As a young child I had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School, and how well I recall some of those first beautiful experiences! After I had attended Sunday school for three or four Sundays, the pastor of my former church visited our home, and from what he earnestly thought was his duty, endeavored to show me wherein I was wrong. After I had listened at great length to his arguments and explanations, my reply was, "If you can show me that it is wrong to look to God for everything good, and turn to Him alone in case of sickness, sin, or sorrow, then I will return to your church." He had no further comment to make, but bowed his head before a childlike inquiry, and departed. Now I realize that it was the one Mind alone which enabled me to put this proposition to am man of letters.

Later, when I obtained a responsible position, there were countless times when the truth was applied, and my duties were handled in a very satisfactory manner.
