Paul writes, "Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

For the many times that I have felt the touch of this all-transforming Spirit during Christian Science church services, where I have been healed of both physical and mental difficulties, I wish to express deep gratitude.

One Sunday morning I arose from bed, where I had been confined for several days with influenza. The Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly for that day was on Sacrament, and I knew that I should be benefited if I could attend the service. When I returned home from church I was so thankful that the difficulty had faded away into nothingness. Later in the day someone reminded me that I was supposed to be sick and should not run up and down stairs so fast. This brought great gratitude into my heart for the transformation which had taken place.
