Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

The Netherlands.

The Committee on Publication was invited to write an article on Christian Science for the Haagsche Post, a prominent and widespread weekly paper, as one of a series of articles on the different so-called "spiritual currents outside the church." This opportunity for spreading our teaching seemed too favorable not to be taken. The article was approved by The Christian Science Board of Directors.

An invitation to give a radiocast over the Holland-India Broadcast Company's station (short wave) was received by the Committee on Publication. The prepared address was approved by The Christian Science Board of Directors. The broadcast was delivered in the Netherlands language and was announced in Het Vaderland, Het Volk, and World Radio. The broadcast was successful. The broadcasting company intends to have the address appear in print later.
