In 1917 I was suffering severely from arthritis, which had followed an acute attack of spinal meningitis. The condition having been pronounced incurable by attending physicians, I turned to a Christian Science practitioner for help.

For three months the practitioner and I worked daily and studied together from the Bible and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, and at the end of that time the healing was complete. During these months many false beliefs and cherished theories about God, man, and church had to be honestly faced and willingly abandoned. As this new, yet old light dawned upon my consciousness, and was entertained and accepted, the false concepts gave place to the true and a Christianly scientific healing took place.

Since my first healing in Christian Science I have drunk deep from its healing waters and have experienced many blessings. A sprained ankle and a broken rib have been completely healed with no aid but Christian Science treatment. Sinus infection, dengue fever, and many minor ills have been quickly overcome through a correct application of the law of God as given to the world in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
