It is my daily endeavor to serve mankind according to Christian Science alone. I found this Science in a time of great need. I am extremely grateful for the healing of soft, painful gums, with which I suffered from childhood. I have also been relieved of the need of wearing glasses, after using them for fifteen years.

When my son was thirty-one years old he became very sick. All medical help was of no avail. After I had studied Christian Science for a few weeks my son was healed of asthma, abscesses, and a terrible itching.

I am very grateful for all the experiences and great blessings which are proofs of Mrs. Eddy's statement that "evil is not power" (Science and Health, p. 192). I am very thankful to God, to our Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and to our beloved Leader, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, Mrs. Eddy. I am most grateful for being a member of The Mother Church and of a branch Church of Christ, Scientist; for the loving help from practitioners; and for all the activities of the Christian Science movement.
