In an article in Misjonshilsen, entitled "The Religious Spiritual Crisis in the Jewish World," it is reported that a great number of Jews go over to Christian Science. In this connection Christian Science is designated as an occult movement and is mentioned in contradistinction to Christianity in spite of "the Christian tincture in the name."

This is evidently due to a lack of knowledge of Christian Science on the part of the author of the article. Christian Science is wholly built on the Bible and particularly on the words and works of Christ Jesus, and its adherents are striving to follow the example of the Master, the apostles, and the first Christians also in regard to healing the sick, in order that they may likewise prove their faith by the "signs following."
