I should like to express my gratitude for Christian Science, and for all it has done and is doing for me. For the past eighteen years it has comforted me and fed me with the word of Truth.

At the age of nine I was placed in a Christian Science Sunday School, and many were the erroneous thoughts to be destroyed which I had entertained. The doctors had diagnosed many unpleasant ailments from my infancy. At the early age of ten weeks I was operated on, and while the doctors managed to keep me alive, yet I suffered from illness until I came into Science. They claimed that I should never be able to eat freely, and that my parents would not be able to raise me to womanhood. Nervous trouble was extreme, and it seemed as if I was afraid of everything in life.

After I learned of the truths of Christian Science, all of these false beliefs gradually disappeared, and today I thank our heavenly Father for the progress which has been made.
