Notes from the Publishing House
For several years The Christian Science Publishing Society has offered at this season a special combination of Christian Science literature which may be used as a holiday gift. This year the combination is called "An Anniversary Gift," to remind donors of the fiftieth anniversary of The Christian Science Publishing Society, the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of The Christian Science Monitor, and the completion of the new Publishing House.
The Anniversary Gift consists of one month's subscription to The Christian Science Monitor and Christian Science Sentinel, and one issue each of The Christian Science Journal and the Christian Science Quarterly for the price of $1.00. For $2.00 the same combination may be had except that a three months' subscription to the Monitor may be substituted for a one month's subscription. The offer will be effective from December 1, 1933, to January 31, 1934. Since the combination is made at a special price, no change can be made in it except that the German, French, Dutch, or Scandinavian edition of the Herald of Christian Science may be substituted for the Journal, and instead of the English Quarterly any one of the Quarterlies in foreign languages will be sent upon request.
It is hoped that many Christian Scientists throughout the Field, in grateful remembrance of the benefits which they have received from the literature, will avail themselves of this opportunity to give this good gift to friends or acquaintances.
Enjoy 1 free Sentinel article or audio program each month, including content from 1898 to today.
