For the benefit of your correspondent, writing in your issue of December 4, let me say that there are millions throughout the world today who greatly appreciate Christian Science, for they have been healed by its ministrations of sin, sickness, insanity, mental depression, and other woes of the carnal mind. How have they been healed? By learning about God "who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases," and about man's spiritual relationship to God as taught by Christ Jesus, the Way-shower.

Christian Scientists study the Bible from cover to cover. They recognize the omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience of God, who befriended Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and the prophets — the same God who healed the sick through Christ Jesus, his disciples, and the early Christians. They recognize the kingdom of God as a state of consciousness which Christ Jesus said was within us, and not as confined to any man-made doctrine or locality. Our Master clearly stated that those "that believe" should have certain signs following them, which are plainly laid down in the sixteenth chapter of Mark. Christian Scientists are demonstrating these signs in an ever increasing degree as they gain more spiritual understanding of God and His laws through the study and application of Christian Science.
