It is with a heart full of gratitude that I should like to add my testimony to the many others. About twenty-three years ago my mother started to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. She was suffering at the time, and had been for a number of years, from an extreme nervous condition. All material means had failed. She read for almost two years before the light began to dawn upon her consciousness, but always while reading the aforesaid book she would feel better. Finally, after diligently applying the truth, she was completely healed.

It was as a result of this healing that I was enrolled in the Christian Science Sunday School. Here I was taught the truth, and explanations were given of how to apply Christian Science to my daily problems. The first healing I had was of a soft corn, which was very painful. In one or two treatments the corn disappeared, never to return. Since that demonstration I have experienced many healings, of abscessed throat, grippe, gastritis, skin infection, and fear in many forms. A number of times I have had proofs of God's protecting care.

Our little girl has always attended the Christian Science Sunday School and has experienced many beautiful healings, among them being the overcoming of what was termed intestinal influenza. For this we are most grateful. Christian Science is the only remedy used in our home, and all that we have we owe to this great truth. I am learning daily to follow the instruction in the Bible: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
