In reply to the letter from a correspondent in your issue of December 6, may I say that the rapid growth and spread of the religion of Christian Science over the civilized world is due to healing and regeneration. This would not have occurred had its practice been ineffectual. Your correspondent would do well to read and study the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and learn what the teachings of Christian Science really are.
