Having received the blessings of Christian Science for over twenty-three years, I feel it is time I gave something in return. My sister and I took up Christian Science, not for any special healing necessary, but because we were starving for something better and more practical than we were getting.

From my earliest childhood I was a great sufferer from herediatry sick headaches and stomach trouble, the headaches being so severe that my parents despaired of my keeping my righ mind if I grew to be a woman. These were entirely healed many years ago, and I think of them only as bad dreams. Very severe colds every winter have also disappeared. A quick temper and a bad habit of talking back in a saucy manner have been overcome. More recently a broken wrist was healed. After the surgeon X-rayed it and set it, Christian Science treatments were given, and within four weeks the arm was out of the splints and I was driving my car. A very severe attack of acture appendicitis was most wonderfully healed in a very short time. Had a physician been called to the case, an operation would without doubt have been ordered at once. But, thank God, I was spared that ordeal, and I have never felt the slightest return of the difficulty. Our little daughter was born under Christian Science treatment, and the attending midwife said that it was very doubtful if either she or would have lived had we had medical help.

These are only a few of the many blessings I have received since turning to Christian Science for my only help, and I have never found wanting. Every member of the family has experienced healings.
