I am giving this testimony in deepest gratitude to God for the truly wonderful healing that I have experienced through Christian Science. I was invalided from the army in 1916, a physical wreck, with both heart and lung trouble due to military service. From then until April, 1924, I was constantly under the care of doctors, but without any improvement, Christian Science was brought to my notice by an old friend, of whom I had lost sight for some years, at a time when I was "down and out" both physically and financially. After reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, for about two months, and finding my outlook greatly improved, I had help from a practitioner. From the first treatment my health and general outlook improved, and before long I was entirely healed.

For all these blessings, and for the help I have received, I am most grateful to God, and I am indeed thankful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for this healing truth.—Alfred James Ford, Hampshire, England.
