After the world war we lost all our material means, and were discouraged and poverty-stricken. A dear friend told us of the healing power of Christian Science. After I began attending the services of a Christian Science Society and studying sincerely the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, our living God was soon revealed to me. The first glimpse of understanding was crowned with the healing of rheumatism in my feet. My husband suffered from a severe heart trouble: this was also cured through the study of Mrs. Eddy's wonderful writings. Symptoms of influenza were overcome in a few hours. I am most grateful for the healing of my eyes: I was able to lay aside glasses which I had worn for ten years. The most difficult problem—limitation—was also solved. My husband obtained a good position, and harmony entered our home.

I am sincerely thankful for the privilege of class instruction and for membership in The Mother Church. Since God has found me worthy to work in His vineyard, I always try to witness to His omnipresence, power, and mercy for His children.—(Mrs.) Luise Krammer, Alexandria, Egypt.
