On January 1, 1923, the Publishing Society announced that it would accept the Pound Sterling at $4.86 in payment of subscriptions and orders. As a change in this ruling would now seem desirable, the field will kindly note that on and after November 1, 1924, and until further notice, subscriptions, orders, etc., should be accompanied by cash based on the current rate of exchange.

Applications for admission to membership in The Mother Church may be sent to the Clerk at any time throughout the year. The receipt of an application by the Clerk does not make the applicant a member. Applications are acted upon by the Board of Directors, twice each year, as provided by the Manual of The Mother Church, Article XIII, Section 2.
