The Christian Science Pleasant View Home

We take pleasure in announcing to the field that plans are well under way for the establishment of a permanent home for elderly persons whose length of service in our Cause, good works, and other circumstances furnish special reasons for generous provision by Christian Scientists. This institution is to be maintained and operated under the auspices of The Mother Church, and to be financed and supported by voluntary contributions of churches, societies, associations, and individuals.

It is fitting and right that the place selected should be one which had been chosen for an abode by our Leader. We therefore feel sure the field will rejoice with us in the announcement that this Home will be at Pleasant View, the beautiful spot in New Hampshire where she spent so many years of her momentous life. It will be called The Christian Science Pleasant View Home.

Contributions for this purpose have already been received, and churches or individuals wishing to aid may forward their offerings to Edward L. Ripley, Treasurer of The Mother Church, and designate them for The Christian Science Pleasant View Home Fund.
