When Christian Science was first called to my attention, I was in great need. For ten years I had suffered from rheumatism. Physicians of different schools were employed; in fact, practically every remedy known to the medical schools had been tried, with the same result,—relief for a short period, only to be followed by months of suffering. This disease was cured by complying with the rules and practice of Christian Science. The last manifestation of rheumatism was destroyed quite suddenly. When I went to the breakfast table one morning I was obliged to use the furniture to support myself, and was suffering severely; when I arose from the table I was cured. That was three years ago. I have not suffered in the least from rheumatism since then.

Fallen arches were cured when the condition seemed the most real. I reached home from a country trip apparently unable to walk; but necessity said I must, so I called at a shoe store and purchased arch supports. Still I was not satisfied. After some hours spent in reading the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I removed the arch supports from my shoes; and I have not suffered the least from fallen arches since.

I have also been cured through Christian Science of hernia, for which a support had been worn for years, and for which the medical schools offered no relief unless a surgical operation were submitted to. All manifestation of this trouble has disappeared, leaving no need for support or surgeon.
