Owing to the general demand for lecture reprints, it has been decided to supply Christian Science reading rooms desiring to carry them for sale.
I was very quickly healed of a serious eye trouble through the ministrations of a Christian Science practitioner, after suffering much pain and a partial loss of the use of the eyes for several years, during which time every available specialist and every known method of treatment had been faithfully tried, though with no permanent and little temporary relief.
Christian Science is a religion that heals, that meets every human need through the law of Love.
I had been sickly and delicate from infancy, and had suffered frequently from one illness or another.
One evening, in the early part of March, 1922, I was suddenly seized with a very severe attack of acute influenza.
In gratitude for what Christian Science means to me, I send this simple testimony, with a loving desire to help others.

The contract for the publication and sale of the Works of Mary Baker Eddy, entered into between the Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy and The Christian Science Publishing Society in October, 1917, was rescinded by mutual agreement on June 15, 1922.
