Brattleboro, Vt.—Deeds were filed yesterday [March 25] transferring a house and lot on Putney Road to First Church of Christ, Scientist. The property is located on the east side of the street next south of the Estey residence. The grantor sells to the Christian Scientists for $6500.

Rutland Herald.

Memphis, Tenn.—At the morning service of First Church of Christ, Scientist, yesterday [March 28] the building was formally dedicated with a short and simple ceremony. The church has been completed for a number of years, but it is a custom among Christian Scientists not to dedicate their churches until they are fully paid for. The remaining part of the indebtedness on the classic structure at Dunlap Street and Monroe Avenue was canceled in February, more than two years before its maturity.
