In the words of the psalmist I would say: "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." I took up Christian Science twenty-six years ago, after the healing of a member of our family who was very lame. My first step was to buy a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. After reading it I put away material remedies and said I would trust God at all times.

Nineteen years ago my husband passed away leaving me with four children, and many proofs of God's care did I have while rearing them. A serious throat affection, fevers, lung trouble, and many other ills have been overcome by the knowledge of God as taught in Christian Science. A daily study of the Lesson-Sermons has been a great help to me. Since taking up the study of Christian Science I have relied wholly on the truth it teaches to heal at all times. The physical healing which has come under my observation has been great, but the benefits derived therefrom cannot be compared with the spiritual uplift which I have received from this study.

My gratitude for Christian Science is unbounded, and can be best expressed by daily striving to know more of the truth that makes us free.
