From my own experience it has been proven to me that Christian Science is the truth, and that through the understanding and faithful application of its teachings physical diseases are overcome and discordant conditions corrected. Earnest study of the Lesson-Sermon has brought me many blessings, and has enabled me to grow more and more in the knowledge of Christian Science. Even when it has seemed impossible to go over the Lesson, the persistent effort on my part has been cause for rejoicing. I am very grateful for my first healing, that of tuberculosis, through the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. This healing took place in 1910 and there has been no return of the disease.

Christian Science has met my every need, but of all the many blessings the greatest has come to me through standing as a living witness and testifying to the benefits received. Two years ago my baby was born one Wednesday morning, and the following Sunday I attended Christian Science services. The overcoming of the many obstacles that came up to prevent my going to church gave me a greater opportunity to prove God's sustaining power, and words can never tell of the spiritual uplift and the understanding that I received. I was more positive than ever before that God is on the battle field.

When the time arrived for me to take class instruction, it seemed as though everything came up to prevent my going, but by adhering strictly to the thought that God would open the way, I was able to go, for which I am profoundly grateful. My prayer is that my daily life may bear witness to this truth, and thereby glorify our Father which is in heaven.—Pearl Strickland Strong, Hollywood, Cal.
