War Relief Fund

That the money contributed by the Christian Scientists of America for the relief of those who are temporarily in need by reason of the war in Europe, has been wisely disburesed by the various committees to whom this labor of love was entrusted, is evidenced by the many letters from recipients, brief extracts from a few of them being given below.

"I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to the Christian Scientists of America for the help so freely and lovingly rendered to me. It is a most beautiful proof of the real brotherhood of all mankind, 'children of the one Father.'"

"Need I say how deeply grateful I am to you and to all the Christian Scientists of America who have contributed to your fund, for the cheque received this morning. It has come just at the moment when most needed, a signal and timely manifestation that God is a very present help in our times of need."
