The Test

HAROLD SUSMAN

Were actions weighed within a scale
By Truth, oh, which would be
The proofs that Christ with joy would hail,
Of Christianity?

Think you they would be prayerful din,
And hours upon one's knees?
Or rather, casting out of sin,
And healing of disease?
