It is difficult to express in words my thankfulness to God...
It is difficult to express in words my thankfulness to God for the moral, physical, and spiritual help that my husband and I have received through Christian Science. It is now seven years since I first began to study Christian Science and to place entire reliance upon its healing methods.
I suffered from chronic rheumatism for many years, but was healed in a few treatments from a Christian Science practitioner. I was also cured of an attack of acute lung trouble of a most serious nature. After being treated for four or five days, I was completely healed, and have had no return of any of the symptoms of the disease. My husband had a most remarkable healing of an acute throat affection. Before he learned of Christian Science he had suffered frequently with his throat, and the physicians who treated him found it necessary to lance it; but as a result of this revelation of Truth he was healed after a few treatments, and was able to resume his business duties the following day.
I can hardly describe the feeling of joy which we experienced upon receiving the healing, and my husband and I are both thankful to God for these many blessings. We give this testimony with the deepest gratitude, and with the hope that we may gain a greater understanding of Christian Science.
