Four years have elapsed since I heard of Christian Science. A friend gave me a copy of Der Herold der Christian Science, and upon reading it I immediately saw that it contained the truth that makes free. I secured the text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," and began to study it, but I understood little of what I read. I was, however, healed of bowel trouble in three weeks' time, after having had to take medicine for years. In several instances of severe illness a Christian Science practitioner was notified by telephone, and I experienced quick healing. My daughter also was healed of a serious throat affection with three treatments.

For all these blessings I am deeply grateful, as well as for the realization that God is our physician.
