[Written for the Sentinel]
Love's Haven
Tempestuous
winds do blow
O're the angry, restless sea:
How sweet that I yet may know
Love keepeth mine and me!
And need I fear? Nay, nay!
Though the billows roll on high;
I'll steer for the haven of Love's calm bay,
There wait till the storm pass by.
