I have long felt a desire to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me, and have often asked myself where I would be today had not this blessed truth been brought to me by a faithful friend. My mother and most of her family, also my sister, had passed on with lung trouble, and I seemed to be following them; but I could not be reconciled to such a fate, could not see why it was God's will to take me from my family, who so much needed me.

I then began to investigate Christian Science and study it. I also took treatment about six weeks. Daily I improved, and am now well. I am truly thankful for the truth that has destroyed so many errors, and for the understanding of a God who is an ever-present help in time of trouble. I have found Christian Science a great help in raising my children. I always had a great deal of fear for them, but many demonstrations have been made, for which I am truly grateful. I am indeed thankful to God, and also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for the many blessings I have received in Christian Science.
