I wish to add my testimony of gratitude for Christian Science to those in the Sentinel. For six or seven years we have had Christian Science treatment in our family, and we have been healed of every ill that has manifested itself. Last winter I had a severe attack of illness. I treated myself for a time, but at last had to call an experienced practitioner. I was then healed in one day and night. My daughter was healed in one week of a broken collar-bone, also of female trouble. She went back to the store in one week from the day that she fell and injured herself. My husband's finger was cut off accidentally, and he was taken to a physician from where he was at the time this happened. The finger was sewed on and he came home. He never felt any pain or soreness, and never lost any sleep. The doctor said he would feel it the ninth day, but all days were alike to him. The doctor could not understand why it did not hurt him or feel sore, but my husband knew and told the doctor it was Christian Science that was healing the finger.

Last summer my daughter had a nervous collapse, which resulted in locomotor ataxia. She could not walk, and her limbs seemed to be dead from the hips to her feet. Her friends thought she would be a cripple for life, but now she is well, walks just as well as ever she did. Christian Science healed her. A Christian Science friend came in one day, and I know she was very much surprised at the condition, but she never said anything. My daughter had been away, keeping books, and came home in that condition, but now under Christian Science treatment she is well.

Since I came into Christian Science I have seen all kinds of wonderful things done through Science, and the understanding of Truth is far beyond the physical healing; the spiritual uplifting, the knowledge of the great fact that God is the only Mind, is more than all. I know that the only way to express my gratitude to our dear Leader is to obey the teachings of the Bible and of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
