I had been afflicted with a disorder of the stomach and bowels, and all the ills that accompany this disease, for twenty years. My mental condition was deplorable and sleep was almost unthought of, while material remedies had been tried in vain. A neighbor of mine was marvelously healed by Christian Science, and this arrested my attention, so I at once turned to it for help as a last resort. I began to study and have treatment, and soon was able to sleep and to eat anything I desired. In two months I was entirely healed, and now, after two years, I am a strong, healthy, happy woman. I give thanks to God, and also to Mrs. Eddy for giving us this understanding of Him that lifts us out of suffering into joy and peace.
