Although the will left by Edward A Kimball of Chicago...

Boston Advertiser

Although the will left by Edward A. Kimball of Chicago transfers the copyrights on fourteen books from the pen of Mrs. Mary Baker Eddy, with the provisions that the proceeds form a fund for the preservation of "Pleasant View" at Concord, N. H., it is stated by Boston Christian Scientists that the copyrights are not now in Mr. Kimball's name.

Some years ago, it was stated, the title to the copyrights of Mrs. Eddy's works was transferred to Mr. Kimball as a matter of business convenience. At that time Mr. Kimball made his will, disposing of the copyrights. A few years later, however, the title of the copyrights passed back to Mrs. Eddy. That Mr. Kimball, however, apparently neglected to alter his will, was the only explanation given.
