Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for what Christian Science has done for me. I feel thankful to God, who has healed me. For twelve years I drank very heavily and there seemed no cure for me, but after two treatments in Christian Science the desire for liquor left me. That was five years ago, and after that experience I gave up smoking. I was fifty years of age, and had never learned to read or write, but I am glad to say that since coming into Science I have accomplished both.
