The study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy has brought so many blessings to me that I wish to express my gratitude for it. Life has had a greater joy for me since I heard of Christian Science. I have been delivered from many ailments, among others severe heart trouble, from which I suffered for many years. The disease had become so bad that the suffering was terrible at times, and the physicians said I was liable to die at any time. I had also had serious eye trouble, for months at a time being unable to see at all, and at the time I began to study Science and Health I could see to read only by using powerful glasses. One day when I went to get my glasses I found they were broken. I sent them away and had them mended; but when they were again broken, the truth dawned upon me that I did not need them, that in God, divine Mind, was my sight. The healing was instantaneous. This was ten years ago and I have never used glasses since. Although I am almost sixty years old, I can read the finest print and my sight is perfect.

Far beyond the physical benefits I have received is the understanding of God as ever-present Love, "who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases." Whereas I once believed, now I know! The Lesson-Sermons are a great blessing to all Scientists, but more especially to such as myself, those who live in the country and have not the privilege of attending church. Through the study of these Lessons I am gaining a better understanding of the Bible and how to apply its teachings, and I receive much help from the many beautiful articles published in our periodicals. Words cannot express my gratitude to dear Mrs. Eddy, who has been ordained of God to reveal again to the world the healing truth as taught and demonstrated by Christ Jesus. Her unselfish devotion in working for the good of others is a constant reminder to us to go and do likewise, which is the best way in which we can show our gratitude, for Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments."—Mrs. Grace Magee, Fair Ground, Ont.
