I was brought up an infidel and became interested in Christian Science through the healing of my husband after he had been given up by physicians. I soon learned to love Science and Health, and with it the Bible. No words can express my joy and thankfulness for this truth. In a family of six, we have proof almost daily of what this glorious truth will do for us if sincerely applied. Some time ago a growth showed itself on my face. I began to declare the truth for myself earnestly. The result was that in less than a week's time the growth disappeared. My daily prayer is to be worthy to be called a Christian Scientist.

Mrs. G. A. Walther, Watertown, Wis.

I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science. Through the use of what little I understood of Divine Science, I have been able to make a demonstration over the sense of limitation. About three years ago things looked very dark, as I was earning only a small sum weekly wherewith to support myself and mother. We started housekeeping with the determination to make the best use of what means we had, and to leave the future with God. We met our bills promptly and were never without what we needed. In a short time my earnings were increased considerably; I also found a better situation. This is only one of our many blessings. My mother has had many victories in many ways, and we feel that we have proven the words of the psalmist, "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling." We wish to express our love and gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for her work, which is a great blessing to all mankind.
