I wish to acknowledge that after eight years of intense suffering I came into Christian Science through a cousin who advised me to try it, as he knew of a case of healing where the conditions were similar to my own. At that time I had little or no faith in Christian Science, as I had had two surgical operations without any relief, and had tried almost everything that came to my knowledge during this time. My husband, who had been very kind during all these years, decided with me to give it a trial, as a last resort. I had absent treatment, and although my healing was not accomplished quickly, after six months I was doing my own housework, and improved steadily from that time on. My family is interested in Science, and we have had beautiful demonstrations.

Words can never express my gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy for this truth.
