Eight years ago, feeling that medicine could not help me, I turned to Christian Science for physical relief. The trouble was indigestion, and it disappeared only after a month of faithful work on the part of the practitioner. Since that time I have always gone to this Science when in need of physical healing.

During all these years, however, with practical proof of the truth of the teachings of Mrs. Eddy, mortal mind has been very slow to yield, very slow in giving honor where honor was due. But at the birth of my child, a birth which in materia medica would have been accompanied by serious injury to the mother, under Science there was proof that in the one Mind all things are possible. I want to publicly express my reverence for and my gratitude toward our Leader. "By their works ye shall know them." How can we give aught but honor to one whose teaching gives us health, supplies our needs, and regenerates us spirituality.
