The Field will please take notice that the authorized periodicals of the Christian Science denomination are published by The Christian Science Publishing Society, Boston, Mass.

CLERK OF THE MOTHER CHURCH.—Correspondence relating to membership with the Mother Church and requests for blank applications for membership, should be addressed to WILLIAM B. JOHNSON, C.S.D., Clerk, 239 Huntington Avenue, Room 8, Boston, Mass.

NOTICE.—Applications for membership in the Mother Church must be in the hands of the Clerk on or before May 20, 1904.

An application sent to the Clerk of the Church does not constitute the applicant a member until he is elected to membership by the Christian Science Board of Directors, at which time notice of election will be sent.
