Paul tells us that this human or carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to "the law of God, neither indeed can be." Mental Science may be defined as the action and operation of the human mind, while Christian Science is the Science of Christ, or the law of God, which Jesus the Christ applied to humanity, healing the sick and the sinner. Christian Science may rightly be called mind healing, if the Mind therein referred to is God, in obedience to the scriptural injunction, "Let this Mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus."
